I’m a Conversation Designer who turns complex concepts into simple, engaging dialogue. I design conversations with empathy at the forefront of my work, championing the end user and adapting tone, bot persona and style as required.
Dialogue
I’ve designed chatbots that speak with customers buying makeup; chatbots that negotiate with small businesses buying materials; chatbots that sell home appliances in multiple languages, and beyond – all with their own tone of voice adhering to brand guidelines.
Strategy
I collaborate across teams and with internal/external stakeholders to design conversations that achieve their purpose. I’ll ideate new bot features based on data and design proof-of-concept conversations, guiding features from idea through to implementation.
Community
I’ve spoken at global industry conferences and delivered university lectures, sharing my work and advising on best practices with the wider community, which has resulted in multiple industry awards like the Unparsed ‘One To Watch’ award.
